What is different from this phone and the Polycom SoundPoint IP 320?

The way I understand it is that the IP 321 has more on-board storage to support larger Firmware and Bootrom files in future SIP releases.

It also appears that these phones are replacing the 320 as I can no longer find it on the Polycom.com website.
